The Florida State Highway Patrol (FHP) reported on their social media site that a truck that was driven by a 53 year old male driver from Doral made an error in judgement while driving south on Interstate 75 near the 238 Milepost on Thursday February 13 while trying to enter a rest area near Ruskin. The truck overturned and spilled beer along the shoulder of the interstate which caused the state police to close a part of the interstate that spilled around 40,000 pounds of beer. Since the accident happened overnight, fatigue could have been a factor in the truck driver being involved in the accident to be taken by an ambulance to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries in the accident.
