I Am Still Sleepy.

I slept at 12am and woke up at 5:30 to prepare breakfast. I went back to bed at 7:30 and woke up at 8:0am. It is now 9:35 in the morning, and I am still sleepy. I need to drink coffee again. This will be my second cup of coffee for today. No breakfast for me today; I will probably eat later.

I get up positively at 4 a.m. Have a cup of tea after bath and then have the second cup of tea at 6 p.m. in the evening.

Sometimes I feel like sleeping all day. If there's nothing I NEED to do, then I might sleep until I'm not tired anymore.

This happened to me yesterday. Since I had a holiday I took advantage and slept again after breakfast. Then woke up. Prepared lunch and finished some cleaning up. Then after lunch again went to sleep. Feeling refreshed today.

But as per my belief, morning breakfast is a must to keep yourself fit and healthy. I never skip it, and you should also not do that. I don't take 2-3 cups of coffee/tea in a day.

it's not wise skipping breakfast but i hope you had a meal later
