Line Dancing Last Night Was A Blast / myLot

I finally made it to Line Dancing class last night. It was GREAT! The instructor was about my age and she was thorough to explain the steps, then let us dance the dance. I didn't know all the songs, but the dances were fun. By the time the session was over, I was sweating and my heart rate was up. Great exercise! When's the last time you went dancing?

I dance like no one’s watching…in the privacy of my living room…with the doors shut…and the windows covered….because, trust me, no one WANTS to watch my insanity.

Glad you had a great time!!! Good exercise, too.
