Today, I just learned that periwinkles can be propagated by cutting a healthy stem. In my hometown, periwinkles are a common flowering plant and usually we only have two kinds of colors. But it is amazing to know that there really a lot of colors and varieties including blue, green, yellow among others. In the school where I teach, our facade garden has periwinkles with different colors of flowers. I think there are around 10 different colors. So, I tried cutting stems and planted in a very small pot in my room and indeed it seems to be working because they stay alive after two days. So I am expecting some roots in a few days' time. Periwinkles have seeds and you can grow them by their seeds too.

Wow, that's amazing! It's nice to know how versatile periwinkles are. Hopefully, your cuttings continue to thrive! Which color is your favorite among the ones in your school's garden?

I like the light pink. It looks cool and it is making the environment calm and light, like free of stress.

Yeah, there are a lot of colors ffor that flowering vine. We had pink, purple and blue growing around the front porch at the last house we lived in. They were pretty. I got starts for those plants from an abandoned house out in the country when Pretty and I went driving... I'm glad your starts are doing well.
