Crazy how fast our bodies can adapt to a diet change mixed with a little bit of exercise. I had a goal to lose atleast 10 pounds this month and so far im down 6lbs and I feel better than ever.
Iv cut out red and pork meat from my diet and try to incorporate a salad and veggies in every meal and drinking alot of water.
My goal is to be at 205 Lbs, currently at 214. Wish me luck!

Woot!!! Woot!! Congratulations!!
I need to get back to eating right and exercising again. Since the flood I've gained back 29 pounds of the 64 pounds I had lost.
