I got a lot done today. I paid some bills for this month with the aim of paying off all my bills this week. I bought some groceries online which will be delivered by tomorrow morning. I don't want them delivered today because I won't be home in a couple of hours anyway. I have to go to work. No one will be home to get the groceries inside. I also went out for a bit to get my passport picture taken. That was $30 down the drain for 2 passport photos. I am going to get my first passport this year. I never got one because I never traveled out of the country, but I plan to soon. An US passport lasts 10 years before you need to renew it. I am saving up for a passport besides paying off all my bills on time, a therapist, and moving out. My grandma also stopped by earlier to congratulate me on getting hired. We exchanged gifts. I gave her the pendant I ordered from the Nordstrom website. It was delivered yesterday. I was at work so my parents left the package on the kitchen counter for me. Fortunately, they were home when it was delivered or it would've been sitting on the porch for hours. She loved the pendant even though it was only similar to her lost one and not exactly the same one. She gave me a dainty beaded ring which was so sweet of her. I don't wear jewelry, but I'll keep it to wear at special events. She left half an hour later to hang out with her friends. She is 87 years old, but that's not stopping her from having fun! I am getting some rest right now while I sort through the rest of my bills. I already put away my paid bills and now I'm going through the unpaid ones that will be paid within this week. I also need to split the gas bill by the 15th of this month with my brother. Gas is getting low in my car. I'll need to fill up sometime this week. I'm going to get some rest and then get ready for my shift. Today is one busy day.
