I told you I was going to get the dr to do what I needed them to do & IT WORKED, I got the ct scan & I got a cholesterol test as well, & from all the blood test & other test they did on me everything has come back as NO CHANGE, Imagine that?? Everything is still the same, nothing has changed since I've been out of the hosp, I guess that's a GOOD thing if there's no reason to be concerned about being all is in the safe normal zone. That sure ease's my mind, but they will do it all again in 6 mos. But now I have to report everyday what my Sugar levels are doing through out the day & they will give me some help on what I'm either doing wrong or what is going on that can be done. I just got 3 mons of my Blood sugar sensors that I've been trying to get for the past 2 going on 3 yrs & now I have a 3 mon supply That's a BIG help right there, not to mention I have a 3 mon supply of my fast acting Insulin & atorvastatin meds, which keeps me from heart attacks, strokes & gets rid of the BAD cholesterol. I had to pay damn near 400$ for my Eliquis the other day at Wal Mart & my insulin pens cost me 105 for 5 pens which ='s to what my little monthly check is every month, BUT all my meds other than my Eliquis & insulin pens are FREE every 3 mons. So in the just of everything I've been dealing with trying to get this all in order I FINALLY can say it's ALL in order & it ONLY took 3 flipping yrs to get it where I need it all to be, Imagine that?? This just makes me wanna JUMP for joy shout & scream THANK you dear lord for getting me through all this & helping me getting it done I feel SO MUCH better about how things with my health is going.

This is what my Dr had to say about my Diabetes & my health Your CT scan doesn't show any inflammation around your pancreas. Your CT scan is stable compared to your previous CT exams. Nothing has really changed. However, your pancreas is worn out and unable to make enough insulin on it's own in order to fully control your blood sugars. Because you "had pancreatitis", there are many diabetes medications we can't use as they can cause you to get pancreatitis again. The safest thing to use for your diabetes is insulin (that's why you are prescribed insulin). You will likely require insulin for life.

As you can see doing the right thing to get my health back has been the main mission I made work & from where I was when I got out of the hosp till now has paid off & that's a BIG relief off my mind.
