Health benefits of consuming jaggery

There are severa ways jaggery can be included in our diet by adding it to several dishes.
I consume it by eating chikki (peanut candy) every day It is not only tasty but serves as a means to increase the right kind of nutrients in our body.
I also add jaggery in the sweet dishes I make

Depends which brand you eat. This brand that you see in the photo is superb and crisp Hacving said that jaggery can be consumed in umpteen different ways This post is about the benefits of jaggery
