Just now I lost a post I had written because mylot wasn´t available. Luckily for me I have made up for the 10ths of cents I lose here with surveys at neobux that give me very little money.
I filled my pill box, took my pills and had some breakfast. I´m still having light meals as my tummy is not perfectly well. Anita told me yesterday that she had heard of a tummy bug but I prefer to go to a doctor. Next week I´ll go to the skin doctor hoping for minor normal problems and in April I´m going to the oncologist. I could not get an appointment for her before.
I listened to news so now I´m depressed. Both local and international news are bad.

You need to take a break from the news. It's making you too depressed. That can't be good for your health.

I need to be in the world. I think that news should be better. But with a bully governing your wonderful country and corruption everywhere things are not too good.

@marguicha That is true. I avoid the news as much as possible unless it's wholesome, good news. Bullies rule the world. They are most successful individuals unfortunately.

@grenery8 I mix news with readings about actors or royalty so that I don´t get too depressed. Other times I read recipes.
