They don't know whether they deliver or not

So, One of the few restaurants out here is supposedly offering delivery. They had it on their site a few weeks ago. I thought that is nice. I would like that. So, the next time I looked at their site, they didn't seem to be offering it, I asked the person who answered the phone if they were offering it, and he said only pick up, I said OK and hung up confused. Just then the phone rings. It is the manager (or at least I assume so) He spoke better English saying they would deliver as long as they weren't too busy. Lets hope I can after the lunch rush tomorrow they won't be too busy to deliver. I would feel better about being stranded with a nice Mexican lunch, and a Margarita perhaps..Ole!
