Into Jogging

I have been into jogging recently. I usually do this after I finish my Preply tutorial, doctoral studies, and book writing and editing. It feels sweating after a few round of jogging near my place. I hope I can keep doing this for good. I also do some abs exercises on alternating days.

they say it's more healthy than walking so, you decide. good luck!

Walking is also healthy though but jogging can help burn more calories. Also it improves blood circulation.

A good routine of exercising and jogging always helps! So keep going & well, you would feel a lot more healthier.

I seriously doubt that I've gotten above a fast walk since I left high school. Running is just not something I've wanted to do since I was a kid. I hope you keep enjoying jogging.
