Tuffy to the rescue......................

Yesterday Roscoe got really nasty with me. He kept barking at me and wouldn't stop then it looked as if he was threatening me and along came Tuffy, he was growling and hissing at Roscoe which shut Roscoe up in a heartbeat.
I didn't realize until yesterday just how nasty Roscoe could get or how protective of me Tuffy would be. I love both of them and now I know who to trust no matter what. Did you know that some cats will protect their owners even from dogs bigger than they are?
Last night Tuffy began to play with my shoe, it was so cute that I videoed him, what do you think?

We did have some cold, rainy days (enough to make a difference for the plants, but not so much for the drought). But now it's warm - like early summer - I guess this will be our spring. We are told it will be a dry and hot spring/summer - and we can feel it. How about over there?

Roscoe thinks he's in control and ever since that incident he's been on good behavior, he knows Tuffy could take him out if he needed to plus I'm not spoiling him as much anymore so he hasn't been insisting as much.
It's very warm and extremely dry here. This week we'll be in the 80s, those 80s usually hit around 3pm these days so we still have almost cool temps til then. Our nights are in the 40s for now.
I've always thought that S CA, S AZ and SW TX have similar climates.

Roscoe got mad at me because I didn't give him a 'cookie' when he begged for one, it's really my own fault for spoiling him but I was surprised at just how angry he got. Yeah, I was even more surprised when Tuffy ran in to confront him for daring to challenge me. I won't be giving Roscoe cookies unless I make him do something to earn it.
I guess I should be humbled that my kitty is my defender.
It's really dry here, how is it in LA? I hope there won't be any fires again for a very long time.

I've removed his reason for being such an a$$
I shouldn't have spoiled him in the first place by always giving him treats whenever he begged for them, now he'll have to earn his treats ....... I haven't exactly figured out what he'll have to do to earn them as of yet.
