Are some of us going to be messing with our clocks tomorrow morning?

I think I read somewhere that Daylight Savings Time comes back where I live (California) at 2 AM tonight. I think that means 2 AM becomes 3 AM in an instant. Do you like Daylight Savings time? I could give a rat's ass about it. My body is pretty adaptable. It just means I'l be getting up with the sunrise at 8 AM instead of 7 AM. I don't work early right now, so it does not matter to me. Is "the switch" happening tonight where you live? Do you like Daylight Savings Time or, like me, not really care?

It happens here. I wish they would leave it alone

This is me. We should pick one and leave it be.

@GardenGerty I think everyone should just stay on standard time.

Would your prefer permanent Daylight Savings? Or "regular time"?

My phone and computer change the times automatically so I don't have to do anything. I just have to adjust myself to the time change. That's it.

My desk clock (a POS) does not change automatically.

@TheHorse It must be one of those analog clocks.

I can deal with it, but I don't like it. I much prefer the time change in autumn. I just have to mess with changing the time on the stove and a wall clock in the kitchen - the rest will change automatically!

My truck clock doesn't work. So all I have to change is my desk clock. Which barely works.

I am very lucky that as an someone living in Asia and near the equator at SEA, I do not have such a problem. The only challenge is that we must remember the time for trading in the American market.

Understood. So you don't even have "Daylight Savings Time" there?

It will bother me a little bit that I will lose one hour of sleep tonight when the change in time takes place at 2am in Louisiana.

Do you really have to lose one hour of sleep?

Isn't the DST switch coming at the last Sunday of March? It is the case with my Danish counterparts. So does that means that each state in US has different rules for DST? In many countries, there is a rethink on DST as it does not seems as relevant today as it was during the early and mid 20th century. Yet DST is still on.

I only have one alarm clock to do. The rest go forward on their own,.

We used to have it and it never worried me much. We don't have it now.

Ultimately, I really don't care. At the same time I'd prefer we just spring forward and end the idea. It's stupid.
