For the first time I am a bit het up with Amazon

It is years since I have been dealing with Amazon.in and have had no complaints. But at this moment I am a bit het up. I placed two orders one for me and one for a friend of the same item. I notice while the one that is meant for my friend is in the process of despatch mine they have yet to. And the order meant for me was placed first.
I find this pretty intriguing. I will have to set up a chat with them which I will do today.

Here it can depend on where the item is shipping from. I have ordered more than one of something and they came from 2 different places

It is at times frustrating when orders don’t get processed in the order they were placed. Interesting to see that your friend’s order is being dispatched first while yours is still pending. Even I had similar issues in past. But then I figured out the delays are either due to stock issues or logistics issues such as different warehouses handling the shipments. It is at times frustrating to see all these when you had smooth sail over the years with Amazon. Perhaps the customer service can provide a quick resolution when you reach out. It is good to reach out and understand the reasons and make sure the order is on its way and not help up in transit. Hopefully things will be resolved. Take care!
