Change in my nephew's decision to shift here.

His younger brother who has a new house which is vacant in the same property will now be used by my nephew and therefore will not stay in the house in our property. I am happy for him. His brother was not inclined but he has now asked him to shift there. He did get some small repairs done here. I am relieved as getting a carpenter to do small jobs is difficult. I am happy for him and happy that those repairs I so wanted are also done.

Yes! Carpenters seem love to take on new projects and do not want to do repairs or small stuffs!
