Boss Calmed Down

My boss finally calmed down and gave back our third 10 minute break of this shift. First he went into a rage when some coworkers mentioned that we should close the bar and only serve food and revoked our third break and then when he calmed down, he gave it back to us. He went from Hulk to a Saint in a course of a few hours. He is really stressed out and sweating a lot despite taking off his blazer. Business is really good though. Even better with him behind the bar. Patrons, women and men alike, are going crazy with such a handsome bartender serving them drinks.
I have freelance work tomorrow, a four hour shift on my day off. I have worked for the hostess and host previously so I know what I'm getting into. They are decent people. This will be my fourth time working for them. I wonder what they are celebrating this time. I won't have a proper day off until next Monday. I want to give salt bath therapy a try. I haven't treated myself to something nice in a while.

It's a gray matter at some businesses, especially ones that involve entertainment. Power tripping is common here.

Me too. He even gave us a bonus as an apology after the shift ended.

This does happens on the workplace..
Each day at job is a new challenge but sometimes getting a few more rights can happen with understanding and patience!!

Right now, we have tight deadlines.
A festival holiday is coming up but I would need to have my laptop in vicinity just in case some work comes up.

He may have bipolar disorder. At least he gave us a bonus as an apology after the shift ended. And thank goodness for that third break. We all needed it.

@lilacskies even with the herbs used in sauna it's good. I do mix cinnamon salt and lemon it's a nice combo for bathing too

@Laurakemunto I will be going to a professional who handles this stuff because I have no experience with it. It would be a nice treat for myself.

Whenever he doesn't cooldown, you can always pour some ice water on him

salt bath is good, try it
. when i take a bath, i always put some salt. sea salt is the best but vacation at sea, not enough funds for that now
he should have taken the blazer but he was perhaps too tired of the situation, who knows. i'm sorry you went through this
. wow, and he seemed like a good guy, a calm type

I will try it. Haha I want to give this a try for my chronic pain. I know, right? It's so expensive. Yes, I felt sorry for him working so hard. He did take it off later though, but he was still sweating like crazy due to the lights. Thank you. He turned into a Hulk due to stress.
