That's how life is

Today I'm reflecting on this thought that in this life we will all have mix of good luck and bad luck.
No one ever has a life that is just pure good luck or just pure bad luck. It is mix of both.
Ideally I am waiting for God to remove all bad luck in my life and He make my life just pure good luck but that's not how life is. Even Jesus the most important person for God is subject to bad luck when his fate is to die a gruesome death on the cross.
So now if I'm having some bad luck like my clogged nose or my mother's death I just think that that is life

So sorry for your loss. 
I guess all Christians have to bear their cross, thankfully it is not as bad as what Jesus had to endure, but He managed by trusting in God and praying daily. Faith really gives a lot of strength.
