Is everything green healthy - including this green juice?

I bought this green juice on a whim as it looked like it may be healthy and unique. It did taste quite different and I enjoyed it and the veggies and stuff that went into it sounded healthy - but is it? It has a health star rating on the packaging on 2.5 out of 5 which is not good. I wonder why it's not as healthy as it looks?!

It did have a very artificial taste. I've still got the bottle. Will need to look at the components

How much sugar and salt has been added? That would drop the rating

Poke salad is green, but I don't want something that grows in a ditch, lol. Not sure about the juice you bought, though.
