Late afternoon when the water suddenly got stopped. There was an emergency leak that needed to be fixed. Good thing that we replenished our water supply in our containers that we used the past day that we had no water. Later, I have to replenish it again. It is better to store some in cases like this.

You just can't catch a break. I'm glad you saved some water in containers.

Oh no, that is terrible that water interruptions are happening again in your area. They should, in my opinion, fix them quickly because leaks waste money, especially now that summer is here and I am fairly certain there will be a water shortage soon, so we need to conserve that resource as much as possible.

I only remember one time that our water had to be shut off... They were replacing something but I don't know what or why.
At least you have stored water to use until the water main is fixed.

Not again! It is always frustrating when the water suddenly gets cut off, especially without any warning. An emergency leak definitely sounds serious, but then it was good that you were prepared! Having extra water stored is always a huge relief, given that you have had such a similar experience a few days ago. It is a valuable lesson that we should always keep some essentials on hand for unexpected situations. Hopefully, the issue will be fixed quickly so you don’t have to rely on stored water for too long. Replenishing your supply afterward is definitely a smart move in case it happens again. Seems you have handled the situation so well!

On rare occasions there is a water shortage due to pipes needing to be replaced. However the repairs are done in a few hours.
