Our cat sit on my laptop

Whenever I leave my laptop even for a little while, our cat immediately comes and sit on it so I have to close the laptop so that she could not sit on the keyboard. I really don't know why she likes to sit on it.

Laptops, including macbooks produce heat. Cats are naturally drawn to heat sorces.

Cats sit on laptops because they're warm. Humans keep houses too cool for the comfort of our cats so they have to be creative in keeping warm enough.
