The Realism of Being Healthy

I remember my grandmother going to a naturopathic doctor, never a regular doctor. I know it is smart to get an annual check up but I firmly believe that a person who eats good food is less apt to get major diseases. In many cases eating a good diet can even help .......the onset of dementia and Alzheimer's. If a person had access to berries, nuts, leafy green vegetables, cocoa products, cinnamon, fish, curcumin and turmeric they would have fewer issues with memory and early-onset dementia. The brain needs food just like the rest of the body. The realism of being healthy and being good to our bodies is the key to eliminating a lot of diseases. Just my opinion.
