The yard is mowed.

No rain for three days and it is really nice outside. We mowed the yard and used the weed eater. So the yard looks nice. No grass in the cracks of the sidewalk. Even the bug plant on the porch is nice and happy.
The rest of the wild flowers all died they did not like the cold. But they did last for nine months so that was not bad.
The cats were happy running around the yard while we were outside today. My little friend who is 12 came up and I gave her some stuff I picked up for her in the store. She is still sweet as she gets older.
Nothing else new around here.

I like to do the yard work when the rain has stopped for a few days. It started raining again today.

It's not mowing time here yet. It will be 70 on Thursday and then drop into the 30s. Typical March weather. Hope you have a good day.

So far we have not had to mow yet. Probably not for another month and a half or so. Besides, I just overseeded (I wanted to do it in the fall but never got around to it), and so I am actually looking forward to some rain we're supposed to get on Friday to help the seeds to germinate so it will be ready for the first cut when we do it.
