My new mindset, I want to make myself very tired at the end of the day so I will fall asleep easier since I have insomnia. This push me to be very productive every day. I enjoy being very busy all day with lots of accomplishment I don't complain anymore that I have lots of work to do. My busyness also helps with my anxiety. Happy midweek

If you’ve got the budget for it, I highly recommend trying Ashwagandha supplements! They've really helped me get a good night’s sleep. I used to struggle with anxiety, and it seriously messed with my sleep—I’d wake up multiple times during the night and end up feeling exhausted the next day. It was frustrating because no matter how tired I was, I just couldn’t get uninterrupted rest. Since taking Ashwagandha, though, I’ve noticed a huge improvement. My sleep has been deeper and more consistent, and I no longer wake up in the middle of the night like I used to. It’s made such a difference in how I feel during the day—no more grogginess or sluggishness from a restless night. If you’ve been dealing with sleep issues, especially from stress or anxiety, this might be worth a shot!

Yes I saw it before. We had a bottle of it called Ashwagandha that I think my brother bought as a supplement. I'm not interested to try it when I saw it before. My cousin told me to use Spirulina and she take 8 tablets a day of spirulina. I bought it but I think it is thrown away now as I forgot to take it daily

@averygirl72 Because the ingredients in these supplements are all natural, they are safer than sleeping pills.
