Not a real mission..just taking a drive it was nice and sunny. 70° We made a couple of stops, and had dinner at PoFolks. I had Chicken Gizzards, Corn on the Cob, and mashed taters with a biscuit. Tom had Liver and gravy, Fried Okra, and Rice n Gravy.
It was nice to not have to drive and spend time out of the house together. Tomorrow is Walmart Day. UGH!

Oh man. Haven't been to a PoFolks in YEARS, but I used to LOVE their chicken fried steak. The last time had to be sometime in 95 0r 96 when I was still in the navy and stationed on the USS Enterprise in Norfolk, Virginia. Glad to hear they are still around, but we have none here and didn't have any in Wisconsin when we lived there either after I got out.

We have 2 of them that I know of..not sure about the Beach, but we have one in Lynn Haven and Callaway areas. Good food for a reasonable price. They are kind of a Southern thang.

@Ghostlady Yeah. They had REALLY good food. One of my favorite places to go when I was in the area of one. I wish we had them here.
