Drogery store was closed down or relocating, i am confused but thanks for notifying me / myLot

I am receiving their newsletter and have an app and it was so great to see today, when i just needed a dental floss there was a big paper announcoument that they are spreading, relocating but nothing about the store that was there. I posted on their facebook page about this. I mean, just this recent weekend, they were inviting me to come to the mall and today or more, they are gone. It is also weird that inside the app, this store is still there and all the products are available as well. The store is inside a mall and even the mall is still mentioning it online. Ah. Being a customer, always some kind of surprise.

I laughed reading this post. I would be so confused too. Customer service is going downhill everywhere.

i mostly visit the first floor so when i went on the second floor, i thought i was seeing it wrongly, without my glasses

i felt really left down that day. and they were so better before; a lot of discounts.
