What does fresh cow milk contain?

Our foster home has a dairy farm. We get supply of fresh milk twice a day to feed the children. From general knowledge I knew that children need to drink milk for their proper growth. But I never tried to delve deeper and get all details about this much applauded special liquid. I typed this question on the search engine - what does fresh cow milk contain ?
The most basic answer that I got was - cow milk contains calcium ,vitamins, carbohydrates
and fat beside a lot of water.
However, when I searched more many more answers were offered with more details. Writing them here will only lengthen the discussion and make it boring and may be also confusing. And so dear friends, I leave it at that.
Here in the pic, I am warming the milk we got from the dairy farm . Straight from the dairy it came and it's pure.

When I was small, my mother would hand-milk the 3 or 4 cows and milk straight into a glass for me to drink.

My parents owned a farm and milking the cows was one of the jobs that had to be done twice a day. As each oldest brother moved away from mom and dad's house, the next oldest boy inherited the job. I did my turn milking the cows morning and evening...
I'm lactose intolerant. Mom always just thought I was "sickly" as a child. After I left the farm, I stopped drinking or using milk except in the cooking. Milk doesn't bother me once it has been cooked into something. Once plant-based milk became available, i stopped buying cows' milk completely.
