I have witnessed many companies and individuals whose lives are stagnant or even end up bankrupt simply because they refuse to listen to criticism. They believe they are always right and are unwilling to correct their mistakes. It's truly unfortunate. They are like digging their own grave. Just keep up that anti-criticism attitude! —until regret comes later.
