I already grumbled about funds lost to make ugly statues. The average cost of neutering a male dog..............yeah...that one....will help some... Only the consumable costs....can be covered. The rest, we the volunteers can be called, and asked to take up the job... We need to be trained.... Something needs to be done about this as soon as possible... Things are getting pretty out of hand... Especially in areas where there is no traffic. One of the watchmen who looks after a dog said, he saved her from wolves during COVID times....I guess he was exaggerating. Maybe larger dogs...hungry strays.... Net net............things need some attention.... To Americans Australians Brits, French folks, whichever nation you belong to, and give money to India as AID...PLEASE PUT CONDITIONS... Show us reduction in stray dog population from .................. to .................. for this much aid c. Show us drop in crime rates from............... to ...............if you want this much AID d. Show us drop in court cases from................. to ................. if you want this much AID e. Show us drop in rabid dogs from................... to .............. if you want this much AID. We the educated have no control over our politicians. I sure am glad that Donald Thump stopped some AID.....I can't be bleeding taxes while loans and aids are taken from other countries to build statues or undertake foreign travel or get temporary tourists...
