Smoking ban

Ohio recently on the november ballot passed an issue that called for a public ban on smoking. Personally I do not like people smoking, and I'd like for more people to quit but I don't think it should be banned. The banning takes away a right, and I don't think, even if I won't ever exercise that right, that it should be taken away. Do you agree? There is also talk of trying to ban motorcycles in all of Ohio, because it's too dangerous, that personally makes me mad for I don't think anyone should have the right to tell someone they can't ride their motorcycle because it's 'dangerous'. So is any motor vehicle maybe we should switch back to horses? What do you think on the already made decisions (goes into affect dec 9 I think) and the possible one to ban motorcycles?
