Why must I feel the need to tell people everything

There’s no reason for it and I can’t seem to talk talking, especially about myself. And then I regret saying anything. I tend to think I should just pour out my thoughts on facebook. That’s a bad idea. Facebook is not a safe space. Safe space is a lie. Especially because of all the people, my step dad especially, saying “so, I read your Facebook status and…”
