Late Thursday Chit Chat : A Roller Coaster of a Day ! / myLot

Often one needs to put in extra hours in one's job. Yesterday night was one such day. Well, I started working well on time on 12th March morning. Yet my work; albeit with breaks continued till almost 1.45 AM - well that is 13th March well beyond midnight. If that wasn't enough, I was back in the scheme of my work things by almost 10.20 AM the next day! I had a couple of things to take care of. Absurdities, complexities and a lot more ! I had multiple calls coupled with a few online grocery bookings. Maddening multi tasking. Followed by local travel on Delhi's roads where a lot had heavy traffic & a lot of mad bikers, car & bus drivers. I just kept patience and at times, my speedometer was in the 3rd gear and no more than 28 to 32 km with just a few 50 + bursts ! Then, more work in the Evening when it finally settled. An eventful one in some ways, just apt to be called "A Roller Coaster" day !! So how was this chit chat? Over the Top/Pedestrian & just passe Or worthy of some attention?

Nice that you find it worthy and good to see you actively in action here ! A good relaxing festival time today. Such festival days feel nicer after such hectic work days.

@DaddyEvil I had heard about the movie & during an evening conversation, we started talking about it. Then decided to see it. Actually it is just a one time watch. Big stars but quite a predictable story.

@DaddyEvil We had quite a number of that kind of movies in 1980s and early 90s. Media had a term for such movies - "Formula" Movies !

Either many had tale of two separated brothers - one becomes a cop and another a criminal with a common enemy and then they reunite and combine in the end to fight the villain. Or there is a Rich Boy/Poor Girl or Rich Girl/Poor Boy and some kind of family rivalry with action thrown in between. In most cases, it was easy to predict the storyline.
