Nope, the price changed suddenly on that rental I was telling you about yesterday.

Well, let's see if I can finagle it a bit in my favor.

Another day to find a place to live and breath in.
Breathing would be nice.
The smoke in this place is choking.
These 'neighbors' just won't stop chain smoking.
Every single one of them and this is a non smoking property.
Sureeeee.
Oh and there is no ventilation inside my apartment, built like sardine cans, so smoke comes inside my unit and stays in my unit in case you were wondering.

I am sorry you have to deal with the disrespectful smokers on a supposed non-smoking property. Hoping you find somewhere better and soon.

@RebeccasFarm I wish there was a way to hold them responsible (maybe there is though I don't know the laws in your area.)

@jnrdutton Sort of there is..the high flying lawyers here charge too much..those are the ones that could win the case..there is the Colorado Law Poverty Project but they really don't have the power to do much..the most they may get you is possibly a no fee lease break thats it.

Yes it is illegal here too..but the management does nothing to stop them.

Yes he wants to squeeze every dime, went back on his original rent quote.
I understand people have to make money, but that's not kosher rewriting the script afterwards.
