Weird voicemail transcription

Not sure about other phones but iPhones have a feature that transcribes voicemail messages. Without playing the message you can see what the person said. That’s a nice feature to have, however, what’s transcribed isn’t necessarily what the person actually said. You still have to listen to the voicemail. There was a voicemail from my mom today. The transcription said: “…I'm seeing the ghost end of the week. I became crazy. Are you guys?…” Of course, there’s no way my mom is seeing a specific ghost end of the week, or any ghost for that matter. And she did not become crazy. I clicked to play the voicemail and it was her having a conversation with her manager about something work related. No mention of any ghosts. Though she did mention that close to the end of the week she became crazy. But that was only in reference to having missed or misunderstood something she had to do.
