How do you treat yourself when you have had a productive week?

I did a bit of work on my book, practiced with two bands, and taught a bunch of students at Guitar Center. I am tired, but satisfied. How do you "treat yourself" after a productive week? I ordered and picked up some Tom Kha Gai (Thai chicken and coconut soup) and am savoring it now. I will have enough for leftovers tomorrow.

I had a fairly productive week except the last couple of days when I had a bad sinus infection....the work has moved to today and tomorrow...some to the next week. You bet, I am stressed out thinking of additional work...LOL Ice creams and pickle and rice. Last night pickle and rice...today afternoon pickle and rice, evening if I complete the planned work, ice cream.

@TheHorse I always knew we differ in tastes. You get to eat what you like, I get to eat what I like...no fighting like dogs. LOL I love mango pickle and rice, or ginger pickle and rice... I use cayenne pepper with a little bit of salt, and lots of oil in the mornings with idlis (a type of steamed lentil preparation). That is when I have a bad bout of cold like I have now.

Did you HAVE to mention pickle? Pickles belong ONLY next to large corned beef sandwiches.

Define "productive week"... I spent a couple days at Juanita's cleaning. Now I'm sore and tired and just want to go back to bed. That's how I treat myself: doing nothing, just resting.

Ah some coconut soup sounds really very nice. I would drink it too. It used to be ice cream. But these days I would have some hot soup as well. Especially the lotus root soup

Enjoy your soup! I've never had it. It may sound strange, but I buy gifts for my family. I reward myself by being generous to my family.

Put my wages in the bank so my relatives and myself can buy food at a local pizza parlor.
