We're getting rain here in St Catharines... and it's a bit dark out there... and oh my! we just got some thunder, too. It's 15°C/59°F but supposed to reach 21°C/70°F. It was windy earlier but now it's quite still out there. I guess that thunder scared it away.
Still raining though.
Beware the Ides of March...

Maybe, but there's been no warnings being given now.

True, but thunder's not as bad as lightning, and there wasn't any of that.

Yes, 'beware the ides of March' for sure.
We had a few hours of that weather, but it seems to have passed and the sun is coming out in between the clouds.
It is good to get all of that salt and crap from the winter washed off of the sidewalks and streets.

@TheHorse No, physical crap... litter, branches, sand... and maybe some doggie poop, but no poetry.

Rain is better than snow any day of the week! I hope the rain has eased up since you wrote this discussion.
We're a lot colder than we've been being and looks like we'll be colder for the next few days. (We had a high of 60F/15C when I took my morning meds at 5:30 am and the temp has been falling today. We're at 50F/10C at 3:15 pm.)
I hope you're having a good day.
