Making some high protein egg bagels

Easy easy easy to do. They don't require yeast or boiling or any of that. The extra protein aside from the egg yolks is the addition of Greek yogurt. The past couple of times I've made them the mix has still been too dry so I've added in some small curd cottage cheese too. I top them with a mix of poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion flakes, garlic flakes, and kosher salt. And yes poppy seeds will make you fail a drug test. I once witnessed a nurse freaking out on people who *had* to pass drug tests and kept failing supposedly due to eating "everything" bagels. So easy to make and boom breakfast is done for the week!
These High-Protein Egg Bagels get their yellow color from egg yolks, which also make them extra fluffy. They’re so easy, too—no boiling or yeast required. Simply mix with Greek yogurt and bake or air fry!
