Well that is her name in my head anyway. I call her Claire after the female main character in Outlander. (I also have a cat named Adso after Claire's cat) She is 9 months old which is way later than I would have a cat spayed but the low cost clinic was closed the Christmas week and you have to drop the cat off the day of and then pick up the next day. Um I'm at work at 7am so I can't drop her off at 8. I can only do that when I'm off from work. I just went to call for a spring break appointment and. . . they were closed. Ugh. I'll have to remember to call on Monday when they are open. She hasn't gone through a heat yet *thank Darwin* but it has to be coming soon. The 2 male cats here are neutered so I'm not worried about kittens but I don't want to have to hear that howling and every heat increases the risk of cancer for females.
