One needs to take a print out of digital invoices that are loaded on our account. I need the hard copy to claim reimbursement of a health item that I get online No amount of excfhange of messages has resulted in them giving in The only way now for me is to see if I can get the item off line from any pharmacy The job of providing hard copies seems involves time and money which they want to avoid. Are you facing this problem?

Here most companies don't provide paper invoices for a long time already. Usually they will offer the digital invoices and they can send you by email. If you need the hard copies, then you have to print them by yourself.

@allknowing Mine is a laser printer and I think it is less expensive than buying the ink.

@youless The cartridge is very expensive and not worth if there is not much work done on it. The ink dries up

I have encountered this problem. Unfortunately, this trend is becoming more and more the way businesses operate now. Either they send a link to your cell phone to download and print, or you can go to your e-mail and create a pdf file. Being an older person, I think it's unfair, but don't see a solution. Fortunately, I have a printer which also scans but do find it inconvenient as you do.
