Tom took my shelf units into my office, and I started emptying a bin of books. Got both units filled with books and 2 small cloth bins of odds and ends (junk). The office is starting to look like a real office. There is no light in the ceiling, so I am getting a stand alone lamp to put in the corner between the bookcases. Did laundry and made supper....Baked Chicken with a Veggie pan with Broccoli, red potatoes, and carrots. This week I will be going through all my what's in the drawer units (plastic drawer units) getting rid of anything I feel I will never use. Already filled a small box with stuff I knew I would never use again. Working on another one. Gotta downsize. Going to AmVets tomorrow.

How do you make your veggies Do you just boil them We normally add coconut, sliced onion and green chiies.

I buy Pict Sweet Grilling pans but I fix them in the oven. The grilling pans have all kinds of different mixes of veggies. Some have Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Carrots. I had Red Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, and Carrots a few days ago. I take them out of the sleeve, take off the film on top of the pan, and stick the whole thing in the oven. Well I place some butter on top. You can add anything you want to add to the pan. Sometimes there aren't very many broccoli or brussel sprouts, and I add some to the mix.

@Ghostlady Vegetables need to be spiced up a bit and I see you add only butter
