I started a podcast

I walk the dog twice a day. So I don't fall into boredom, I started a podcast, just speaking into my phone. I put it on Spotify and then have it RSS to YouTube. I usually use one walk to think up a topic, and then the 2nd walk to do the recording just using my phone. What do you do during the dog walk?

When I used to walk my dogs who are now deceased, I would walk them near the 17th street canal in Metairie Louisiana to get exercise for myself and my pet.
