Black Pepper

This is the first time in years that we do not see much pepper. The weather perhaps was not conducive to its yield.. We normally sell black pepper and keep some for our consumption We have enough from last year's lot for consumption There is so much happening in our garden this year and I cannot say it is a happy happening. Hopefully the situation should change in the coming.

For years we have had good yield but this year it is different. Hopefully things will change.

Sad to know black pepper crop was not good this year. We must have black pepper not only as a spice for our curry but as ingredient for other preparations. We used it in our tomato sauce only three days ago. But l must also have it with my morning cup of tea.
