Free Beef Stew

My brother just came over and dropped off a container of beef stew for me to eat for lunch. He knows I've been having trouble with my appetite. Well, it looks like I won't be having a light cheese sandwich that I was planning to eat for lunch today. I will eat the beef stew, get ready for work, and go to work with my brother. From the looks of it, the beef stew is from a local restaurant and has some vegetables like carrots and red peppers in them. This is the first time I'm going to be having this dish from this particular restaurant. I will eat my lunch now.

Thank you. It sure was. I do. I need to work on eating better, but it's easier said than done. I'm struggling.
