Gift card coming or not coming. Are you waiting for something, mylotters?

I received a right to get a gift card after 4 years, incredible, i know. Well, the ones that should send me this are claiming i didn't fill in my data, which i did.
After providing them screenshot, they are mentioning my old address. Actually, i changed my address to my mum's so she can get this gift card.
Always complications and without a good reason. Also, is that spring blues in me, but i feel down a bit.

i agree. some tough survey, rude customer service for giving me a tracking number that doesn't exist and saying i sent them my data late and not confessing their site has technical difficulties but, my mum got a card today. only, she said she wanted to share it with me and i can't convince her otherwise

I am sorry that you have the blues.
I hope that the cards arrive soon enough for you.
I received 3 gift cards a couple of weeks ago, and tucked them into my purse.
It seems like after they arrive, if we have nothing planned to spend them on, they gather dust.

you are right; they are catchy and calling for us to spend but it should be when we really need it. i honestly half had a fight with this site cause they wouldn't tell me when they will be sending a card; they were rude. my mum got it today, finally and all is good. i would like a sunny spring but it's not working, thank you

That sounds really frustrating! It’s never easy when you’ve done everything right and still run into complications. Hopefully, they’ll sort it out soon. As for feeling down, it might just be the spring blues kicking in—totally normal! Sometimes a little change in routine or getting outside helps lift the mood.

my mum got her gift card today but still, customer service was really rude; not telling me when will card come, tracking number wasn't in the system and blaming that i sent my data late even though i told them they have techical difficulties. thank you. i'm a meteorophatic person, can't help it but thank you, i'm trying distracting myself.

@Dreamerby i sent them another email and they stil didn't acknowledge their fault but my mum got her gift card. i tracked the number but i think they gave me fake one;it said it can't be found
