Good day to you all.
We didn’t get the snow they were talking about, but it was very windy and a high of 33F (1C). So was not a nice day but at least we didn’t get snow. They say mid 40F’s for the weekend, so I guess that’s not too bad.
Have you noticed this over the last month or so, what is the deal with all these things being recalled. There has been what seems like a lot of food and now I have just seen something about some batteries from Wal-mart and Costco.
Is it more than normal or am I just seeing them more lately?

Yes, I noticed all the Walmart recalls and, every time it's something I've seen in our cabinets, I ask my daughter to check it to make sure we aren't going to be poisoned... She just went through the canned tuna in our cabinets and said we're fine. (I don't eat tuna. I have an allergic reaction to fish. But she eats it once a week or so.)
We got about an inch of snow during the night but it melted off by the time I woke up at around 11 am today.

It's funny how weather forecasts can be so unpredictable! 33F and windy definitely doesn't sound ideal. You're right, there have been a lot of recalls lately – I wonder if it's just more publicized now, or if there's actually an increase. Either way, it's definitely noticeable!
