I would never do this back home

Here I was in Colorado, US with my nephew's family enjoying an ice cream sitting on the road side.
I could never think of doing this back homne. Have never sat like that on the road side.
But as a tourist one never thinks of 'what will people say' And what made it more interesting was the family joined me.
A great memory created.

That's rare to see, even here in the u.s. because of "safety" concerns. It's nice to see some places are comfortable enough to do it.

That sounds idyllic! Ice cream, family, and a roadside seat in Colorado – what a perfect memory. It's amazing how being a tourist can free you up to enjoy simple things like that.
