Feel like a swim in a pool

It is summer here and a cold water shower would be ideal I had a cold water shower yesterday the first one in years. It is always a hot water shower.
Looking at the birds frolicking in the birdbath tempted me to have a swim in a pool. But I have no confidence While I was learning to swim I got chocked and thus lost confideence.
Do you swim?

A cold shower sounds refreshing on a summer day! I don't swim, but I admire your bravery in trying again after a past experience. Maybe some lessons could help rebuild your confidence?
