Happy Friday!!

So it really is a happy Friday. I did my shift yesterday at EMS and finished Onyx Storm there. I also figured out at the same time that I should not read in public. I got a few questionable glances last night lol. Anyway it really did give me a book hangover. That ending!!! I'm so hoping that I don't have to wait longer than a year for the next book. I can't wait to see what happens next, I'm so addicted lol. The benefit of being obsessed with the series is that I end up making more stuff for it and it does sell. While digging books out for the to be read pile this morning, I did hurt my back. Not too horrible but enough. I'm pretty sure that I'm the only person that can say they hurt their back trying to pick out a new book. I have to get work done first however, before I can play. There's the computer work that needs done because even though it's not a whole lot it's still something. Later tonight there's a first responder dinner. I could have worked at EMS but I already RSVP'd for it. I got to write a little yesterday. Not a whole lot but it's better than the big fat nothing that I've been writing. There are some major orders that I need to get done but I won't get to them until Monday probably. Tomorrow the department is having a work party to clean out one of our buildings for the training props that we are getting. We got a great grant that helped us get some new training props and I'm excited to see what we get. Then there's the baby shower. I'm trying to get out of it but I don't see my husband letting me. They're good friends and I should go but I don't know. I don't really like doing baby showers or bridal showers. To work I go. To work I go. What are you up to today?
