It's another no pants day. It may be 8°C/48°F out there but its also murky... sorta raining, sorta not, but it certainly isn't shining sun. Not sure what I'm going to do today, maybe read or do the dishes (yeah, I should probably do that) but right now I feel like going back to bed. Maybe after a nap I'll think of something interesting to post and get my bank up to withdrawal... Still have 8 or 9 days to reach payout.
How'sabout you?

Well, would you rather have the -3°C/27°F it is here this Sunday morning?

@BarBaraPrz I don;'t know actually. I had never experience anything lower than 16 degrees in temperature before.

I do not expect to make payout this month, but I did last month, and I did with the CRA as both mine as well as my husband's returned were direct deposited last night. So kind of a payout day in itself.
It is not a very nice day here, windy and cool.

It's nice that you got a rebate... I'm not in a taxable bracket myself but I do get the GST, etc. throughout the year. So it's all good.

@BarBaraPrz I wish that we qualified for the GST but I cannot even begin to imagine that we will come when we are both retired, our pensions will be too high. I am hoping, that I can negotiate a permanent layoff from my employer when I am ready to retire so at least I can collect EI, since I've paid into it for all of these years, and that would start off my retirement. I am not certain that employers can, or will be able to do that, I do not retire until summer of 2027 but I am trying to get all of my ducks in a row, I have a very strict timeline as to when to convert this investment and that one so that the tax man doesn't hurt me too terribly. Its such a balancing act.

I hope you had a good nap and are ready to do things around the house for a while. (You still don't need to put on pants if you don't want to, though.)
I woke up for a pee break and will be going back to sleep soon.

@BarBaraPrz Relaxing can be just as good as a nap at times.

I'm tired of surveys that don't include "Don't know", "None", or "Not Applicable" among the answers to their questions.

Yeah, it means I'm staying in my nightie, not getting dressed in 'day' clothes, not even gonna look out the door.

Keep trying. I'm 35 cents away from payout with 7 days to come up something.
