We use coriander leaves mostly in salads and veg dishes We also add them in the herb chutney . They have a nice smell and taste too. They are mostly eaten raw Coriander leaves are supposed to cleanse the body of metals such as mercury and auminium which we may have consumed. Cleansing the body of metals helps better absorption of antibiotics. Do you use coriander leaves - cilantro in your cooking?

You may not feel the taste if it is eaten with other ingredients.

I love cilantro. It's just bursting with flavor. I haven't used it in a while, but it's good on just about anything I can think of. Pork, in salsa, on salads, on chicken, even sometimes in scrambled eggs. I need to get some.
