Family—uh, well—you live with them...so there are disagreements, verbal battles, a bit of drama (lol), but there's also unconditional love and the fact that they will never leave you no matter what. Well, by family I meant just Mom and Dad because that's how I have grown up. Although, I understand some might have dysfunctional families. My heart goes out for them . Anyway, just thought about writing this. It pretty much summarizes my bittersweet 21 years spent with my family . Anyway's how are you all? What did you do today?

Family means different things to different people... If you come from a broken home (divorced parents), then you might not feel like family never leaves. Pretty had nightmares when she was young because her mom left and didn't want to see her. She said Pretty reminds her of me so she didn't want to see her. Pretty dreamed that I'd leave her, too. My dad passed away when I was 13 and it felt like he left us all behind. I know that's not how it works but I was only 13 at the time. Kids make things up in their mind to explain things when they don't understand them. It's hard to make sense of things if nobody explains them. I've been watching several YT videos about the birth of our universe and how things started on Earth. Very interesting to me. I didn't realize how long I'd been watching the videos until I realized it was passed time for me to take my morning meds and eat breakfast.

Yeah I understand. It's good that things turned out okay for both Pretty and you now. Enjoy youtube videos and have breakfast. Have a nice day!

You can disown your friends but you are stuck with your family members no matter what.

Thank you for your sharing. Well, Glad you recognize the unconditionality of love in family. Truly family always sticks together no matter how terrible life gets. Well, today I spent most of the day indoors, reading and writing. It drizzled almost all day. Greetings from Kenya!
